Our expert knowledge across digital allows us to give meaningful insight and advice on a retained basis. We advise Ideal boilers on a breadth of topics, tactics and strategy using our data led research to advise on opportunities and user behaviour.
We also support them with development, maintaining several core B2C websites often involving working on technically challenging web functionality, that requires a strong comprehension of the brand itself and best web development practices.
Focusing on the User
Navigating a purchase as large as a new boiler can be difficult and Ideal Boilers; as a forward thinking brand understand this. To support this we have conducted deep analysis of their tools to help users find and install a new boiler.
This has included full in-lab user research interviews, remote screen recordings, data analytics, heat maps, offline user interviews and traffic analysis. Whilst we are currently accumulating all this together, the research we are conducting is giving us real insight to their existing processes. We are confident that we can drive a meaningful impact onsite for all users.
