We worked with our client to specify the useability of their new platform. This involved combining their deep industry knowledge with our digital-user acumen to ensure the platform was as intuitive to use as possible for two different user groups with sharply contrasting goals.
We created an extensive information architecture, which ensured the platform was easy for users to navigate and understand. Our team also worked within the chosen platform’s constraints and liaised with our client, developers and designers ensuring a fast and efficient work flow.
This project involved balancing the needs and objectives of two very distinct customer personas. Our team created a full process map for the project as well as simplified wireframes to illustrate the changes and show how the new layout would improve user experience.
