Based in Minnesota, Square Owl began partnering with Computype in 2014. Computype now consider us an 'Extension of their team'. We have worked across a range of projects and advised them in a multitude of ways: From account based marketing tactics, email marketing and automation, overall strategic focus and have reworked several key areas of the site for an enhanced user experience.

Working in so many differing industries, it has been a challenge for Computype to effectively communicate their product offering to a range of highly niche industries.
The solution was a complete redesign of their information architecture. The solution was reached with a series of research activities including a pragmatic card sort.
Creating a dynamic navigation could be considered against UX principles however, using core pages to signpost industries to funnel people into their industry before bringing them to a tailored industry hub containing hyper-relevant content, it has been a great success.
